Call the Customer Express Line at 1-800-444-6544 for Service 24 hours a day
(Sundays until 4pm ET).
You can obtain payment and billing information, claim information like claim status
and claim filing instructions, and order replacement items such as payment and claim
envelopes; EFT enrollment forms; and insurance ID cards.
AARP Health Care representatives are available weekdays from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and
Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
